The Freight is due to the buyer, except in case of promotions that indicate freight free.
Important: The period of sending of his order in the store, begins starting from the payment confirmation for the financial institution and of the readiness of the product in our store. Therefore, when acquiring a product, be attentive to yours period of delivery.
The changes of products will only happen if it is proven defect in the product. If it be verified use badly the customer wont have right to the change.
After sending of the request the buyer will receive the code to accompany the delivery process, in case the buyer does not accompany such process and be not in the informed address to receive the product in all the attempts of the mail, the package will return for us and the customer should pay the freight again for the reshipment.
